A Trauma Informed, Yoga-Based Training Series
A regional social services agency partnered with me to offer a training series for their staff that would give them practical tools to support themselves and their clients. Each training included:
Core concepts around trauma, embodiment, and mindfulness
An all-levels movement practice
Support to integrate learnings into personal and professional settings
A Coaching Program for an Employee Resource Group
An employee resource group (ERG) at an international communications company partnered with me to bring a coaching program to their members. I formed a diverse team of certified professional coaches to partner with ERG members for both individual coaching support and group coaching programs tailored to the needs and interests of the ERG members.
Leadership Coaching for an Organization in Transition
A community-based nonprofit organization partnered with me to offer individual coaching to its senior leaders as well as group coaching to support repair between leaders who had experienced rupture in their relationship. Coaching included exploration of identity, power, and conflict as well as capacity-building to support authentic, anti-racist leadership development.
An Infrastructure Upgrade for a Growing Organization
An early stage, rapidly growing organization partnered with me to assess and evolve their internal processes around information sharing, communications, client engagement, growing their team, and more. I gathered and synthesized feedback from relevant stakeholders, developed process maps to clarify priority needs, and supported them to adopt and integrate no/low cost tools to build their capacity and meet demands for their services.
Board Training and Coaching for a Nonprofit Integrating Anti-Racism and Equity
A national nonprofit organization partnered with me to support their board and donor community to build foundational understanding of how power, privilege, and systems of oppression manifested within the organization and board. I developed and facilitated trainings for board members as well as coached board and organizational leaders to disrupt and reshape mindsets and practices at individual, interpersonal, and institutional levels.
An Equity Centered Redesign of Hiring & Talent Practices
A mid-sized and growing nonprofit organization partnered with me to evaluate and evolve their practices around hiring, onboarding, and supporting their employees. Our collaboration included an equity audit of talent-related data, facilitated visioning sessions to reimagine people-centered practices, manager and leadership training, redesign of hiring materials and processes, and consultation on performance review and compensation practices.
